If you are a beer lover, you will be happy to know that Amity Hall on the West Village is one of the very few places with Brooklyn Monster Ale on tap! It sells out like nobody's business, but on a lucky day you can enjoy this delicious brew. For those of you who have never had it: It's warm coppery color makes it look extra enticing. (But don't throw them back like it's any old beer! It boasts an alcohol percentage of %10.8) It's surprisingly smooth and has a hint of citrus and fruit with a slight caramel malt flavored aftertaste. Now I am no beer connoisseur, but I recognize a yummy beer when I taste one!
